Welcome to Senitrus Computers. This will be what I would do if I had the financial resources to create my own computer company. It will not just be computers, but handhelds, accessories, printers, and services. If I had the resources, I will build a factory in the Mon Valley of Allegheny County PA, and each floor will have their own their own products. For example. computers on 1 floor, handhelds on another floor, MFCs on another. You get the picture. This will obviously mean multiple floors, but the idea will be to have a growing, and popular computer company. With that said, I will be able to provide work for anyone seeking a good job. Obviously, they will have to learn to do the part of the work they would do (such as installing the motherboard), but this shouldn’t be too hard for anyone of average intelligence.

I will also want to do a good bit of good will. I will hire higher functioning people with developmental disorders such as Down’s syndrome. While I can’t expect them to be at the conveyor belt installing parts, they can do things such as sweep the floors, and basic janitorial work. I will want my companies to bring good into the region, and while it will still need to provide a profit, I want to assure that my employees have an excellent, safe, and productive work environment.

For payments, every employee will receive at minimum – my minimum wage. This will be if someone worked 160 hours per month, they will receive 150% of poverty after taxes. This should still allow them to receive benefits, and have some help for a hand up. However, I wouldn’t expect the government to subsidize me for my employees such as what minimum wage does noq. This calculation will always be the initial standard, and people will only go up from there. This means a janitor will receive at least $12 per hour, and everyone else, same amount or more.
