Monongahela Valley (aka Mon Valley) used to the be where most of the steel mills in Allegheny County resides. Now, there are some abandoned steel mills still remaining, and this is a blight to the community. However, manufacturing is not coming to the Mon Valley unless someone like me will come and add manufacturing assuming that I will have the financial resources. For the computer company, there will be multiple floors to provide for construction on a number of devices that would hopefully send out to people that would need what I will have to sell.
The manufacturing plant will have a store-front designed to showcase the items that would be available for purchase. Once the customer decides on buying, they will be able to use a kiosk to custom design the machine. They can choose shipment to their home, or taken to the store where they will be able to pickup everything. As with most things, payment is due at order.
The goal will be to keep the money in Allegheny County. I won’t be living in some ultra wealthy community. My ZIP code will identify as someone local. I will assume to live in the Pittsburgh’s South Side neighborhood. While this will be a move from where I am now, it will be close to the Mon Valley. I will not have a second home that I will run away when winter comes. All of my money will stay local. I will want to expand in the Allegheny County.
